Each home must have brick, masonry or wood on the front elevation.

Annual Community Association Dues: $500 – plus trash pick up

Each home shall have planted at least twelve (12) well developed shrubs.

Prices specifically exclude sidewalks, water and sewer tap fees, and permit and utility fees.

Lots are subject to a sanitary fee payable to the City of Fort Wayne that is NOT included in the lot price.  Fee is $2000.00 per lot as of 5.12.17
