Lake homes are Bob’s particular passion. From tear downs and rebuilds to extensive remodeling and expansions, you receive the same craftsmanship and quality you’ll find in every Bob Buescher home. Lake terrain adds a unique challenge to any type of new construction. Often times the lot is long and narrow with varying elevations, uneven sections and steep hills. This is where Bob’s experience and skill really come into play. Bob has built homes on nearly every lake in the northern Indiana and southern Michigan lakes region. He’s familiar with the complexities of each type of lot and knows how to maximize the land usage for not only practical purposes but enhancing the aesthetics as well.
