We then determine the type of floor plan and design that best suits the way you live and your budget. We can also help select the optimum location for your custom built Signature Series home, with suggestions on neighborhoods, school systems, shopping centers, places of worship, medical facilities, dining and entertainment options. With your Classic Series home, you can choose your new home from a wide variety of floor plans.

During the design stage, Bob visits each potential site to determine how the floor plan will fit with environmental factors such as grading, drainage, neighboring lots, streets, and sidewalks.

Bob Buescher Homes never compromises quality of workmanship or materials to reduce the quoted price of the home. When our estimator reviews your customized floor plan, you can be sure that the price quoted is a true and accurate price; no surprises.

Our Senior Vice President will monitor your project through the entire building process. A Production Superintendent schedules delivery of all materials and coordinates the work of all subcontractors and tradesmen to maintain our on-time, on-budget efficiency. A Project Superintendent is assigned to your home to inspect all work, maintaining continuous quality control. Our subcontractors are chosen on the basis of craftsmanship, consistency, and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

The backbone of your home is the framing. It is essential that the frame is level, square, and plumb. Along with the Superintendents, Bob Buescher personally inspects each home after the framing is completed to ensure that the structure, electrical, plumbing, and heating meet the print specifications before the drywall is hung. The next step is working with our Selection Coordinator who helps you determine colors, cabinets, flooring, trim, and all the fun things for your new home. Generous allowances are provided in each of these areas.

The completion of the Buescher Process includes a final walk-thru inspection with you, Bob Buescher, the Quality Assurance Manager, and the Project Superintendent.
